​Marius Adamczyk – Chief Engineer & World Voyager

Background: Marius is the heartbeat of Che’s engineering department. He’s been with the yacht since its very beginning, having previously worked as the engineer on the original owner’s first boat. That means Marius knows Che inside and out, and he’s been a steady hand in keeping the vessel running smoothly from day one.

Experience: Marius is currently on his second world tour with Che, having completed the first circumnavigation with the original owner. Over the years, he’s logged an incredible 50,000 to 60,000 miles on this boat alone. Originally from Poland, Marius brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, reliable presence to the team.

Role & Skills: As the chief engineer, Marius is responsible for the yacht’s technical and mechanical operations. He ensures everything is safe, fully functional, and well-maintained, never missing a beat. Beyond his engineering skills, he’s also friendly and interactive with guests, often joining in on shore excursions and making sure everyone has a great time.
